At Eastwood Heights Elementary, we believe in creating a warm and supportive environment for every student, especially those who are new to our campus. Our Student Ambassador Program plays a key role in this effort by pairing new students with trained ambassadors who help them feel welcomed and connected.
Through this program, ambassadors provide campus tours, introduce new students to classmates, and serve as friendly mentors, ensuring a smooth transition both socially and academically. This initiative is especially meaningful for our military-connected students and families, who often face unique challenges with frequent moves.
This week, some of our student ambassadors welcomed new students to our school, showcasing their leadership and commitment to building a caring school community. We are so proud of their efforts to make Eastwood Heights a welcoming place for everyone.
